Privacy Policy

The Application and its third-party SDKs automatically collect:

• Device identifiers — including the Android Advertising ID and Firebase Installation ID.
• Device information — device model, operating system version, language, and time zone.
• App usage data — screens visited, features used, session events, and in-app interactions.
• Crash and diagnostic data — stack traces, app state at the time of a crash, and performance diagnostics.
• Purchase history — subscription status and purchase events processed through Google Play Billing.
• Approximate location — derived from IP address by advertising services for ad targeting. The Application does not request or use precise GPS location.

Collected information is used to:

• Authenticate users and manage accounts (Google Sign-In).
• Unlock and verify premium subscription access (Google Play Billing).
• Improve app stability and diagnose crashes (Firebase Crashlytics).
• Understand how users interact with the Application (Firebase Analytics).
• Display relevant advertisements (Google AdMob).
• Deliver push notifications about tasks and reminders (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
• Personalize app behavior based on your preferences (Firebase Remote Config).

The Application uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

The Application displays ads provided by Google AdMob. In regions subject to GDPR or CCPA, the Application presents a consent dialog before serving personalized ads. You may withdraw or change your consent at any time through your device settings or by resetting your Advertising ID.

The Service Provider does not sell your personal data. Information may be shared:

• With third-party service providers listed above, solely to operate the Application.
• As required by law, such as to comply with a legal obligation or government request.
• To protect the rights, safety, or property of the Service Provider or users.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by visiting rhythmdoapp.com/delete-account.

Upon request, your Firebase Authentication account and associated analytics data will be deleted within 30 days. Anonymized crash reports may be retained for up to 90 days per Firebase’s data retention policy and cannot be linked back to your identity after deletion. Local device data is removed automatically upon uninstalling the Application.

The Application is not directed at children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us at contact@rhythmdoapp.com and we will delete it promptly.

The Application transmits all data over encrypted connections (HTTPS / TLS). The Service Provider implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
